To view an apartment or residence, please contact us to schedule an appointment. This enables us to set aside specific time just for you.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Simply by calling the office during normal business hours and scheduling one. You may also leave a voice mail after hours or e-mail a request at excelnserv@hotmail.com .

How much is the security deposit?

Varies depending on the residential unit. Typically $200-300 for Apartment Units and $500 for Single-Family Homes.

Are there laundry facilities on-site?

At Vollrath Apartments and Woodruff Manor, we have on-site coin operated laundry facilities in the basement. Check with our property management team to determine if the single family residences have washer/dryer hook-ups.

What are your lease terms?

Our standard lease term is for one year. Shorter time periods are available and are subject to additional fees.
